Can I combine two offers?
Offers can’t be combined, but we always apply whichever one saves you more.
How far ahead should I book?
Spring and autumn offers are easy to find a few weeks out. For July and August, book as early as you can.
What if my plans change?
Most offers can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Any exceptions are shown on the offer itself.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. A stay, a dinner or a spa ritual can become a voucher. Write to us and we’ll post it in a hand-addressed envelope.
