Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. Rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast and local taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations inside 14 days, or no-shows, are charged the first night. Seasonal offers may have their own terms.
Payment
We hold your booking with a valid card. Payment is taken at check-in. We accept major credit cards and bank transfer.
House rules
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The grotto pool is adults-only after 18:00.
