How do I book a room?
Send a request through Plan your stay with your dates and room. We reply within the hour with the full price and confirm by email. You can also call reception, which is open 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. Some seasonal offers have their own terms, shown on the offer page.
Do you take a deposit?
No. We hold your booking with a card and charge nothing until you arrive, unless you cancel inside the 14-day window.
Your stay
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Every direct booking includes late check-out until 14:00, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is served on the terrace every morning from 7:30 to 11:00, or in your room if you prefer.
Are children welcome?
Very. Cots and extra beds are free, and the Cliff Suite and Cliff Villa are made for families. The grotto pool is adults-only after 18:00.
Getting here
How do I get to Limonia?
Naples airport is about 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange a private transfer, or a boat from Positano harbour in summer.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have a small private car park and valet service. Parking is free for hotel guests.
